6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, the Customer is considered the Importer of Record. The order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and administrative fees levied by the destination country.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Unavailability of the recipient after multiple delivery attempts. If a package is returned to the sender due to reasons attributable to the Customer, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne entirely by the Customer.

If a product arrives damaged due to transport, the Customer must report the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Our liability is limited to managing the claim process with the respective logistics company.
